We are a diverse bunch of different humans. What unites us is the enthusiasm for biking and bike repairing. At the moment we are about 15 people working at the workshop. We are coming from Germany, Syria, Eritrea, Lebanon and Berlin. If you want to join us, feel free to contact us! 🙂
The idea for our workshop occured in 2015 when we once again thought that we need more DIY-workshops in Dresden. The whole history of the workshop can be found here (just german).
In the implementation and financing we received a lot of support from the ESF and the Free State of Saxony. The »Ross« is funded as the project “Integration macht mobil” and is realized by the association Rad i.O. Dresden e.V. For more detailed information about goals and methods click here.
